Delivery and Opening Hours

12.30pm to 3am daily Refrigerated deliveries of any meat, fish or poultry at any time.
9.30am – 11.30am daily Some controlled deliveries onto the estate at security’s discretion.

Market Opening Hours

• Monday – Friday: 3.30am* to 11:30am
• Saturday: 3.30am* to 9:30am

*General public customers can only access the market from 5 a.m.

Please Note:

• No deliveries during the Market and Warehouse Trading Hours,
• Notwithstanding the definition of the Market Delivery Hours, deliveries by refrigerated units to any meat, fish or poultry trader in the Market may be accepted at any time, provided the Tenant has personnel available on site, on a 24×7 basis.
• In the event of a force majeure incident/exceptional circumstances eg, extreme weather, BWMC/landlord may implement at the discretion of the security team deliveries that fall outside of the market delivery hours. This can only be implemented in exceptional circumstances and every effort must be taken by the management company to ensure that normal operations are resumed as a priority.
• The Market is open from 3.30am Monday to Saturday, however General public customers can only access the market from 5 a.m.
