Keynote speaker – Squadron Leader (Rtd) Shaun Pascoe:

During his 16 year career in the Royal Air Force, he has led Medical Emergency Response Teams treating all injured combatants from the battlefield to hospital on board Chinook helicopters. Having served on the front line of many conflicts around the globe, he developed unique insights into how to be resilient in the most demanding of situations.

Shaun runs Take Point Training. They use the expertise of ex-forces facilitators to help companies and organisations across the country in diverse fields.

  • 9am – 9.45am From Battlefield to Boardroom  Keynote speaker – Squadron Leader (Rtd) Shaun Pascoe
  • 9.45am – 10am Refreshments break
  • 10am – 10.45am Developing Resilience – Practical and fun activity with Shaun and his team of veterans.
  • 11am – 11.30am Response  – future vision Strategy panel discussion led by Henrietta Brealey, CEO of Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce addresses our food supply chain issues in the coming months.
  • 11.30am – 1pm Lunch (hot food) / Network opportunity and a chance to  meet to the keynote speakers.
