We are proud of our long history and to be the oldest company trading on Birmingham’s Wholesale Market. J Vickerstaff was established nearly 200 years ago in 1827 and is still to this day run and owned by its founders descendants.

Our fish comes to us from the rivers and ports of the British Isles on high-speed refrigerated transport along with exotic seafoods arriving by air from overseas. Our product range can change from day to day depending on how the catches are out at sea. This is also true of prices. The best way for you to see our range is to pay us a visit early one morning.
